Court of Appeal E-Filing
This e-filing section is for filing the transcript portion of the Appeal Record for the Court of Appeal only.
Factums, Extracts of Key Evidence, Applications or other Court of Appeal documents that are being filed electronically must be submitted through the CAMS e-filing website.
The Court of Appeal cannot accept documentation for any other Court.
Before filing a transcript, ensure that your transcript complies with the requirements set out in the Electronic Transcript Checklist. If you have more than one transcript, all transcripts must be combined into a single PDF file with the required formatting applied before it is filed.
