We are pleased to announce that the Family & Divorce Filing Digital Service (FFDS) will expand to include Roster Desk Applications, effective Monday, October 26, 2026.
Building on the existing Desk Divorce and Justice Desk Application processes, this expansion allows lawyers and legal assistants to submit additional Desk Applications for judicial review through FFDS.
The expansion will support the following desk applications:
- Consent Orders: Each proposed Consent Order must include a Request for Consent Order
- Request to Waive or Defer Mandatory Requirements
- Request for Meeting with Resolution Counsel
- Request for Advice and Direction or Meeting with Case Conference Justice
- Fiats: Proposed Fiats must be submitted as standalone proposed documents. A proposed document for which you are seeking a Fiat may be included as a schedule or attachment to the Fiat.
Where a Case Conference Justice is assigned to a file, all desk work submitted through FFDS will be directed to that Justice.
Please note: This release does not include Pronounced Orders, Requests for Children Counsel or files with access restrictions. These must continue to be submitted through existing email filing processes.
