e-Notice of Restricted Access Applications

Applications to restrict access to or publication of information in court proceedings in the Court of King's Bench must comply with the applicable rules and policy of the Court.

Applicants must serve and file a formal Notice of Application. As well, unless otherwise directed by a Justice, the applicant  must provide notice to the media of the application by completing and submitting the Notice to Media of Application to Restrict Access form.

Members of the media who wish to receive copies of the Media Notices may submit a request to be added to the Court of King's Bench Media Notice List by completing and submitting the request form below.
